What actually happens after you order a Legacy Book
A plain-English walkthrough of the Memorygram process — from checkout to the moment a finished keepsake lands on your doorstep — so there are no surprises.
One of the best ways to answer “is this legit?” is simply to show the work. So here’s what the process looks like from the inside, with no mystery.
Step 1 — You place your order
You choose your keepsake at memorygram.com and check out securely. You’re not paying for a vague promise; you’re starting a specific, made-to-order product.
Step 2 — You tell your story
This is the part that’s really yours. Depending on the product, you’ll:
- Answer guided prompts in writing, or
- Speak your answers using free voice-to-text, or
- Record over the phone
Add your photos. Take your time — many storytellers build their book over several sittings.
Step 3 — We produce your keepsake
Your words and photos become a real object: a full-color hardcover Legacy Book, an engraved QR medallion, a tribute book, a keychain. Production timelines vary by product and are shown when you order. QR-enabled items get linked to a digital page that holds audio, photos, and video.
Step 4 — It ships to you
The finished keepsake is shipped to your door. For QR products, scanning the code pulls up the memorial or story page on any phone.
Step 5 — We’re still here
